At Chaitanya's Modern Kitchen, we strive to serve fresh and high-quality food to our customers.

As we deal with freshly prepared food items, refunds are generally not applicable once an order has been prepared or delivered.

However, refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:

• Incorrect food item delivered.

• Food received in damaged or spoiled condition.

• Order could not be delivered due to our fault.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order before food preparation begins.

Once the kitchen has started preparing your order, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
